Inserts tap into the open end of the telescopic foot arms and seat arms of the "Original' BuckShot BigShot Treestand and the 'New' BuckShot BigShot arms. The inserts are the receiver of the speed threaded Attached Knobs which locks the telescopic arm to the main treestand frame
Removal of the old insert. Drill tap with a very small drill bit. Then screw a threaded screw into the drill taped hole, with a needle nose pliers pull the old insert out. Or tap a flat head screw driver under the lip of the Insert. Continue to wedge the Insert out of position.
